Reiki or Crystal Therapy treatment
An initial session lasts around an hour and a half and includes a full consultation, including a full medical history and a discussion about which course of treatment is right for you.
I normally recommend a 6 week course to start with in order for you to appreciate the full benefit of the treatments.
A treatment normally takes an hour. You remain fully clothed and will be asked to get comfortable on the bed or chair and we can start.
We'll take a bit of time to help you unwind and let go of the day before we start the treatment. For reiki, you can choose either hands on or off, whichever you prefer.
It is normal for people to feel a deep sense of relaxation during the session so at the end of the session you will be invited to come round slowly and in your own time.
Distance Reiki
Reiki can be used remotely, so if we can't be in the same place physically then I can send it to you instead. This is useful over long distances and for those where mobility is an issue.
This method of reiki is by no means inferior to a face to face session. You just need somewhere where you can relax and we can agree a time to start and finish.
