about Reiki & Crystal Therapy

Your body's energy flows through 7 centres (or 'Chakras').   Many ailments and conditions manifest themselves when we absorb negative energy from our environment.  This disturbs the flow of energy and creates 'dis-ease' in the body.

Reiki (pronounced 'ray-key') is an ancient Japanese healing art that uses the laying on of hands to re-balance the flow of energy through the Chakras restoring the body' s natural ability to heal itself.

Throughout history, Crystals and gems have been used for therapeutic purposes because of their individual properties.   Crystal Therapy uses the unique qualities of each stone to treat a variety of ailments or conditions by balancing the body's energy.
